- TimeJob PurposeWe are looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities of the branch, including shipment receiving and distribution, delivery representative coordination, financial settlements, returned shipments, and communication with the main center.The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, detail
- oriented, and familiar with warehouse, logistics, delivery, or distribution operations.Key
Responsibilities:
- Receive, record, sort, and distribute incoming shipments.
- Assign delivery zones and routes to delivery representatives.
- Supervise and follow up on daily delivery activities.
- Monitor pending, delayed, returned, and undelivered shipments.
- Conduct daily financial settlements with delivery representatives.
- Verify collected amounts against delivery records and submit settlements to the main center.
- Handle returned and reverse shipments and coordinate their transfer.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, returns, and financial settlements.
- Coordinate with the main center regarding operational issues and shipment status.
- Report discrepancies, missing shipments, cash differences, and operational problems.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain branch organization and security.

Requirements:
- High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, distribution, or similar operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipment handling and warehouse operations.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate delivery representatives.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem
- solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Ability to handle cash settlements and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible, trustworthy, organized, and detail
- oriented.Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience as a Warehouse Officer, Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Officer, Dispatcher, Delivery Coordinator, Operations Officer, or in a similar role are encouraged to apply.How to
