• University Degree preferred; HR Certificate/Degree preferred
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas sector
• Middle East/Iraq Oil & Gas experience preferred
• Hands
- on experience with ATS, RMS, or HRMS systems
• Strong recruitment, sourcing, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Work Pattern: 28x28 Rotational Basis🔹 Facility Supervisor
• Diploma, Technical Qualification, Apprenticeship, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy industry experience
• Experience in facility modifications, contractor supervision, brownfield projects, civil works, construction activities, maintenance execution, or MOC implementation
• Experience in Scope of Work (SoW) development and contractor coordination
• Good knowledge of MOC, PTW systems, production facilities, and multidisciplinary field activities
