- oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Care Key Account (Vendor Support). We are hiring for both Junior and Senior levels.Available Levels* Junior: 1–3 years of relevant experience.* Senior: 3–5 years of relevant experience.Key
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors (Key Accounts).* Respond to vendors’ inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.* Monitor vendors’ performance and service quality.* Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.* Relevant experience according to the required level.* Good command of English (written and spoken).* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong problem
- solving and conflict
- resolution abilities.* Good organizational and time management skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high
