Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Accounting Department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.* Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.* Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month

- end closing processes.* Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking transactions.* Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.* Develop and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.* Coordinate external audits and maintain effective communication with auditors and regulatory authorities.* Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic business decisions.* Coach, mentor, and develop the accounting team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.* Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities.* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and internal controls.* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.* Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and problem
