Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in hotel construction projects.
• Strong understanding of hotel development standards, hospitality facilities, guest areas, back
- of
- house operations, MEP coordination, and finishing requirements.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to oversee projects from planning and construction through handover and operational readiness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem
- solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage hotel construction and development projects.
• Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Location:
Baghdad, IraqCandidates with direct experience in hotel construction, hospitality developments, or mixed
