Responsibilities:
▸ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects.▸ Lead multi
- channel campaigns across digital, outdoor, print, and media platforms.▸ Generate qualified leads and elevate project visibility to support the sales pipeline.▸ Plan and manage project launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional activations.▸ Oversee social media platforms, paid campaigns, content production, and brand identity.▸ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and campaign decisions.▸ Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, designers, and production vendors.📋
Requirements:
▸ 10+ years of marketing experience — preferably in real estate, construction, or a related sector.▸ 5+ years in a senior leadership role.📩
